In 2018, we were 8-7 through 15 conference games. We lost two conference series after winning our first three. We went on to win 4 out of our next 5 conference series that season.

In 2019, we were 9-6 through 15 conference games.

There is no need to worry about what we are going to do against A&M, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, or Georgia. We need to take the series this weekend, get to an 11-7 conference record (or better), and get some momentum back.

The common denominator of our three consecutive first game losses is leaving runners on base. Hell, we juiced the bases twice yesterday and still lost. We've got to have some timely hitting. Our two-out hitting has been good thus far and we all know we will play until the final out.

Basically - everyone chill tfrick out.

Y’all led by double digits. The shutout isn’t as important as Nikhazy’s arm and health. Really dumb coaching.

Nikhazy will be fine. He missed like 3 weekend starts this year due to a non arm injury so his arm won't be as used up as the season goes on.

I know he will be fine and that’s not really the point. I’d bet Nikhazy wanted to finish it but that’s not Bianco’s job.

I wish people would quit saying it will be fine. It will be if you just want to get into post season. However, if you think this team will make Omaha you are sadly mistaken. Our bull pen has zero heart. I think a mildly retarded 5 year old spider monkey can come in and pitch with more heart than the waste of scholarships we have on the roster.

Does Bianco’s boy still play at LSU?

Yes we will lose every game in the post season of our starter doesn’t go the distance. Not one arm in the bullpen can be trusted.

As a freshman he rocked us all weekend. I can only imagine how he's progressed and looking to show out.

Anyone else think we need to move Nikhazy back to Friday?

Splitting hairs because the starter hasn’t been the problem, but we need best on best. Would’ve been nice to have Doug tossing a shutout Friday and then us getting 17 hits Saturday to backup Hogland.

Looks like Hoglund might be hurt. Might be the nail in the coffin for our season. Diamond is getting the start tonight.

I hope it is just moving hoglund to Sunday where he gets more run support. That would maximize our chance of series wins

Hope we’re ready to score 10+ in every game. We will blow through the entire bullpen in game one. Don’t like this strategy.

If that were the case diamond wouldn’t be pitching today
