We have a weird team. Started out with 3 straight vs. top ten and then losing a series to UCF. We only squeaked by AU for the first two games but swept. I'll take it.

Losing a series to UCF was not the end of the world. Heck, yeah I'll take being where we are right now.

Been impressed with Diamond today. He obviously didn’t have “his stuff” but has ground it out today to give us 6 innings.

Absolutely huge to sweep the cellar dwellers these past 2 weekends. Now we get a major test against 3 top 5 teams the next 3 weekends.

Nice to see the players getting aggressive at the plate. The Vandy pitching staff will be tough. Every weekend you better come to play. plenty of talent in the SEC.

A few notes I found in the team stats for the Rebs and Gators:
- Florida doesn’t walk a lot of batters and we draw walks more than anyone in the conference.
- We strike out more batters than anyone in the conference and Florida strikes out more than most in the SEC.
- Neither team runs a lot. Just 4 individual players have more than 3 steal attempts.
Here’s to hoping for Ks for Rebal pitchers and BBs for Rebal batters.
