I hope Bianco will give the green light to start stealing a little more as we enter the difficult part of the schedule. We have the speed and manufacturing some runs should help take some games.

Bench, Chat, McCants, and Gonzo run well. Bench is an excellent baserunner in particular. Florida’s catcher has a good arm from what I understand. A couple of well-timed steals is huge in a road conference series, if the runners score after moving into scoring position.

We are letting this scrub Florida 'starter' shut us down. We are screwed once their main guy comes in.

We are also playing like dogshit committing errors left and right.

Hoglund hasn’t been as effective with his spots tonight either. So a bad combination. Just seems like they didn’t bring their game tonight.....thus far!

Well tip of a hat to Bianco.....he made an immediate decision when Hoglund walked the 1st batter in the 7th with 4 straight balls.

Pitching is not the reason we are behind in this game.

We have almost as many errors as hits, never a good thing.

Not saying it is.....we have more errors than hits! But it didn’t help!

Not that it matters, but that last pitch was not a strike.

Florida has already got the sweep. We always get shut down by a team's starters so Florida's coach is smart by not starting their traditional starters and bringing them in for relief. That way we effectively face two starters each game and just get completely shut down. Coaching job of the year by him IMO.

That's all sarcasm but we really do need to learn how to hit starting pitching.

Great win tonight. Seems like since Florida decided to start their best bullpen guys then bring in starters they should all be burnt out for tomorrow. We should have pretty much everyone available to pitch.

Great game last night. Much cleaner fielding, disciplined batting and Bianco finally started putting some runners in motion.

Let’s hope these trends continue today!

Diamond needs to develop a put away pitch. It's really frustrating watching him throw 30+ pitches every 1st inning.
