I watched some of the broadcast earlier when it was 3-2… they had the field mics cranked up as the kids were louder than the announcers

But yes.. this is what I was concerned about.. elite teams just don’t lose mid day clunkers like this to freaking Little Rock . That’s a terrible loss .

Win 4 out of 5 remaining SEC series and 2 of the 3 remaining OOC games and we're a National Seed easy. Probably lose Game 1 in Hoover and still get the #8. Win 2 or 3 out of these 5 SEC series and at least 1/3 OOC and you're a Regional host. The X factor is always getting 2 or 3 more wins in Hoover because some of those will absolutely come against host teams on a neutral field. None of this is going to come easy with our pitching and defense that rank in the bottom half of the conference in pretty much all major stat categories. You gotta have a lot of timely hitting in the postseason to overcome shitty pitching and defense. We're gonna be MSU's Starkville Regional in early May and they'll be dying to play spoiler. Really want to take 2/3 that weekend so they fire their only NC winning coach ever.

Where does this loss put us in the Bianco DENNIS method? Neglect emotionally?

Yep, moved there after his pitching decisions cost us the TN series.

Offense needs to wake up fast.

The bigger problem is that we don't have 1 reliable starting pitcher right now. Hunter Elliot is a shell of his former self.

Yep. We don’t have a dominant starter and don’t have an absolute killer in the bullpen when it’s nutcutting time to give it to to shut someone down and finish a game. We just tread water the entire game as a pitching staff hoping the offense bails us out so we don’t drown

Well offense going to have to wake up in the 9th or we are going to be looking at must win games tomorrow and Saturday. Dropping this series would be back breaking

We do and he’s currently mowing down batters like it’s nothing. But Bianco is too smart to start the best guy. Morris is our ace. Best pitcher on the roster only gets 3 innings a week.

That's now 2 embarrassing losses in a row. We just let some scrub shite pitcher throw a complete game against us.

This is not a host team. If you think otherwise then it's time to wake up and come back to reality.

Absolutely brutal loss today. Letting a starter throw a full game on under 90 pitches... Two must win games now to keep this season on track.

And a starter that is average on the 2nd worst team in the SEC. Just pathetic. Bianco needs to be left in South Carolina.

Potentially 2 games away from being at "S" in DENNIS

This isn’t a tournament team. I’m telling you, having Mason Morris and no one else will make us have a losing record in conference by seasons end. We play very bad baseball.

This team is pathetic and very poorly coached.

We just might skip the "I" entirely this season.

Elliott isn't bad. He's just doesn't get much run support.

When you lose 3-2 pitching is not your problem. Not your pitching anyway.
