The staff is preparing for, if anything, Bowers to just be a decoy they use. Quote is “It’s way too early for him to be engaging in any sort of blocking or serious route running. He would definitely just be a decoy similar to how we used Tre during bama.”

It's exciting, but we really don't match up well against them.
Their offense crushes zone defences, which is all we play. Our offense is overly complicated and we average something like 17 points less on the road than at home because the noise does really effect it.
It's going to be a really rough matchup for us.

sorry just read the text again from my dad(he's on Neal's board). Apparently that comes "from multiple sources that are on Neal's board"......not Neal, himself.

Kiffin doesn’t let the media get much access inside his program. All of our supposed insiders don’t have nearly the same access inside it like they did under past coaches. If Pettus can’t go Williams will start at LT and they would move Curne to RT. We would be better at pass blocking but worse at run blocking if that happens. Williams was our starting LT last year.

That was one of many reasons I quit paying for those boards a few years ago. Everyone on there wants to be known as the guy with the inside info. So they spew any and all bullshite they over hear the old fricks jabbering about at the Beacon as fact, hoping it increases their board cred. When they’re wrong, there’s no negative repercussions because “Hey, I’m just a fan and you’re not paying me”.
As mentioned above, they’re all pretty much useless now as Kiffin doesn’t give anyone real inside access that guys like Chuck had for years.
