We had to go to the women’s game last night(my child performed at halftime) and they were working on roads both before and after the game on the on and off ramps on Taylor and Lamar. As an aside admission was free and they gave each of us a ten dollar voucher for concessions. I don’t recall ever getting paid to attend a game before

This LSU team is at best an NIT team this year. We can't afford to lose a game like this.

Definitely don't want to lose this one but it's not a killer.

Losing this game would cancel out the road win we had on Wednesday.

Dropping a home game to a bad LSU team would ramp up the pressure. This is an important game and we look sloppy as hell, again

This would definitely be the worst loss for us. It's not a killer loss though. We just need to finish conference play with a winning record. There aren't really bad losses in the SEC right now. Home losses are always worse but the conference as a whole is rated very highly.
LSU is currently a quad 2 opponent.

This our easiest home game in conference play. Dropping this means we have to pick one up somewhere against a much harder opponent.

Go 10-8 in conference and it doesn't matter where or who you beat. Right now they are all quad one and two games.

I think this year even 8-10 will get you in safely. 7-11 will likely put you on the bubble. That's why this game is so important tonight because we would almost be half way to 8 wins.

I think you're right. 8-10 probably does. We seem to come out strong in the second half.

Much better 2nd half. This team seems to have a habit of not fully waking up until the 2nd half of games

If we finish 8-10 after starting 3-0 it would be pretty disappointing. If Dia continues to play at this level we will have a chance to win every game on our schedule.

These next three games are important. We need to win one of them in order to not risk the season getting away from us. Obviously Alabama and State on the road will be very tough. We'll be significant underdogs in each game. We should be favored or pick em over TAMU at home. They're good but I feel confident in us at home this year.
I would love to win one of the next two. And two of three would essentially guarantee us a tourney spot absent a complete meltdown.
The key is not to drop two tough, physical, exhausting, close buzzer beater type games on the road. And come back and lay an egg against TAMU because we're exhausted.
It would be absolutely delicious to beat State in Starkville but they're just too good. I'd be happy splitting the series with them with each side winning their home games

Curious to see tonight how we fair .
A win would be great but I’d like a real measuring stick as to how far off we are from the very elite
Just don’t wanna get smoked 110 to 70 or something

This game doesn’t matter that much for us because losing it isn’t gonna make us miss the tournament. If it’s close or ugly remember not many teams are winning at Bama this year.

If we were shooting even 40%, we would be up double digits here

That travel call on Alabama followed by the foul on us on the same play and they get free throws and the ball. Well that’s just about the damnedest thing I ever did see.

This team is really good and incredibly well coached. Have to say it tho, Jaylen Murray's desire to be the star is going to burn us.
