Anyone know anything about Tulsa? They have a senior QB with gaudy stats. They've played a few decent teams too. Their defense appears to struggle. They gave up 208 yards on the ground to Jacksonville State last week, so I expect us to rely heavily on the running game, something I know y'all are shocked to read.

We are wearing navy/navy/white against Tulsa

Because our uniforms are seemingly selected at random. It's nice to change things up but we have no standard base uniform anymore. Hell we didn't even wear red against LSU last year which was a fkn crime.

Here is a picture of our uniforms from the LSU game last year.

So I was talking to a Bama guy about Judkins this week. Said he wasn’t a take for them but their boosters are watching him closely. They may try to call him home to Tuscaloosa in the next few years. It all depends on what they bring in this class and next of course.

Yeah, at least we got the right light blue for this year. It's robin's egg not powder blue.

Tulsa is good enough offensively to cover. We will likely be looking ahead to next week so don't freak out if things are weird for a minute.

That’s college football now. If you aren’t sure a guy is a take don’t take him. If he shows out get your people on him and his family his soph/junior year. All the while knowing other programs are doing the same with your players. Freeze and his staff could have actually put together a LBing corps in the current college football environment.

This will be a good test for our defense for sure. I'm glad that we are playing them early. We have the typical MSU schedule this season; front loaded with wins and practice games heading into October. Our offense should handle them easily. They lost to Wyoming (Gave up 40) and barely beat Northern Illinois (Gave up 35). They have one lopsided victory and it was against Jacksonville State.

We are going to break off some really big runs against that Tulsa D. I’m expecting 400 rushing yards if the starting Oline plays 3 quarters.

Like last week, we will be able to run at will and pass only when we want to.

I'm most excited about seeing how our pass defense looks. Tulsa will throw the ball 50-60 times tomorrow.

If we lose to Auburn this year then we should just disband the program. My goodness they are horrendous.

Auburn should finish 7th in the west

And hopefully LSU weakens their spirit and UGA absolutely buries them the week before they come here

Auburn is likely the 3rd team in Alabama. Troy is a better team than they are.

Auburn? We're taking about Auburn? Tulsa is moving the ball at will on us
