We better bury these guys over the next few years. If we can do that and get back to snagging most of the top talent in-state, we should be able to compete regularly.
Kiffin isn’t an idiot….but I really hope some OG Rebel is telling him what kind of an advantage we could have not splitting the talent with MSU.

Tough to recruit to Starkville even if you have money to spend, which they don’t. Honestly they probably should have kept Arnett and worked 24/7 365 on an NIL program so they could be a more attractive job next year. It’ll take someone pretty desperate to jump into the SEC with a complete rebuild and very limited NIL resources.
I could be completely wrong and have read zero news on their coaching search, but I can’t see Lebby taking that job. He’s put himself in a position to eventually get a decent gig, and if he fails at State then his stock drops like a rock.
