I'm not worried about Dart beating him out. I'm wondering if Dart goes pro after this year (does he have eligibility remaing?).

Dart will be a junior next year. So he'll have another year of eligibility.

I’m not worried about Dart going pro. He is a one-read QB who collapses under any pressure.

Solid strategy for Howard

He’ll get 25% more snaps than at other places since we go for it on 4th down all the time. So much extra film

I think Dart has 3 years of eligibility remaining. He was a RS Fr this past year.

Kiffin don’t give a frick. May the best man win.

While true. Florida at 13 has 28 commits. Auburn at 18 has 34 and South Carolina at 19 has 30.

I’m fine with our 22 commits being ranked at 20.

Only OSU at 7 has fewer commits than us with 21. To find a team with 22 or fewer commits in the rankings you have to go all the way down to 52 Northwestern with 19.

Does anyone have the chart showing the growth Kiffin’s QBs make in year two? I think someone posted it here going into Corral’s second year.

I don't think this is right. He played in six games at USC his freshman year. Isn't 4 the limit where you can still redshirt?

I didn't count Jamarcus Russell because he played very sparingly in 2007 and the NFL is much different than the college game.

2010 - Matt Barkley
236/377, 62.6%, 2791 yards, 26 TD, 12 INT, 141.2 rating, 232.6 YPG

2011 - Matt Barkley
308/446, 69.1%, 3528 yards, 39 TD, 7 INT, 161.2 rating, 294.0 YPG

2018 - Chris Robinson
192/304, 63.2%, 2533 yards, 12 TD, 12 INT, 138.3 rating, 211.1 YPG

2019 - Chris Robinson
291/471, 61.8%, 3701 yards, 28 TD, 6 INT, 144.9 rating, 264.4 YPG

2020 - Matt Corral
231/326, 70.9%, 3337 yards, 29 TD, 14 INT, 177.6 rating, 333.7 YPG, 506 rushing yards, 4 TD, 3843 total yards, 33 total TD

2021 - Matt Corral
262/386, 67.9%, 3349 yards, 20 TD, 5 INT, 155.3 rating, 257.6 YPG, 614 rushing yards, 11 TD, 3963 total yards, 31 total TD

Bro, 247 wasn't a thing in 2011. They went back and ranked all the prospects from Scout, Rivals, and ESPN using their own formula.

Here is CJ's Rivals profile, where he is a 5* and the #21 player in the country. LINK

Could’ve sworn he was referred to as a freshman all season on broadcasts. But he’s listed as a Junior on the Ole Miss website.

I honestly have no idea anymore with the whole covid year thing.
