Promote literally anyone else to HC. In every single game we have played, the team has looked unprepared and uninterested. I know we don't have much to play for, but there is no excuse for starting slow vs. two bad teams, blowing a lead against Cal, and not even showing up to play in this game.

After the season - fire everyone. Frick it. This shite isn't working and it's infuriating to watch.

Frick it all.

I'd wager Longo to HC would actually make it much worse

Can we just forfeit the rest of the season so we can go ahead and let the whole staff go? That'd be nice.

Doesn't matter who we have as a head coach. The NCAA, with Sankey's incompetence
has made sure we can't recruit. The need to have an SEC school in the final four
outweighs everything else. Regulatory capture. We are destined to be a 6-6 team
at best despite any money we put into the program. Our only hope for the future is
for the FBI investigation to spill over into football and shake up the NCAA.

how much would beating State & LSU change how you feel about Luke & the season in general?

because I will be surprised if y'all don't win both of those games...

If we beat state and LSU it will have literally nothing to do with Luke's coaching ability and I will still think he's one of the worst coaches we've ever had

If we beat State and LSU and win 6 or 7 games, we will keep Luke for another year (as painful as that will be). Really don't think that's going to happen though.

As for my opinion on the season - assuming that we lose to Auburn, Arkansas, and either Vandy/A&M, I will see it as the best of a bad situation where our team rallied around each other and played their hearts out.

As for Luke - I will reconsider if and only if I see a change of attitude from our team on the field and a change of attitude from him on the sidelines. Every time I look at him on the sidelines or see him on camera, he looks confused and doesn't appear to actually be participating in the game. If that changes and he starts to be more active, I'll think about it.

If it don't happen they better stop renovations to the stadium and start taking some of those luxury boxes down. Cause shite is going to get real around Oxford.

Uh, no we won't.

This post tells me you have no idea what is going on with the coaching search. Or, even how the process works.

There is no scenario where we end up with Luke "for another year" . Zero. None. Nada.

So, I didn't read the other stupid shite you wrote because you are obviously an idiot. Thanks.

We could hire Nick Saban and we aren't winning with this team. There is limited talent on this team. We literally don't have a single player on defense that would start on Bama squad. Not 1 player.

Easy with the personal attacks man. There WAS a scenario where we end up with Luke for another year, but it has long passed. I should have clarified that in my post, and I'm sorry.

Why would you fire the INTERIM head coach?

You don't. Your "interim." It's self-explanatory.

'Tis a joke. I'm just very displeased with how this current coaching staff has done this season, as we all are. I don't actually want Luke fired, it would be dumb to fire the interim head coach mid-season, and I understand that. He has just done a poor job thus far in a season where we need to have at least some success.
