We were back in town for a funeral recently and one night i got left at my parents with the boys and frozen and she went there with friends. I am usually not jealous, but that place is pretty awesome.

T, i meant to ask, did y'all visit a church at all while you were there?

I was mostly just messing with you. I've watched a lot of stuff on him. Brilliant man despite his party affiliation.

Unfortunately, no. Sundays she was usually studying for exams and I was driving back to Altus

i was just curious. my paren's church is right by GFAFB and figured y'all might have gone. wouldn't be a terrible place to be stationed.

i don't every really want to move back there, but it's far from the worst place in the world to end up.

some of the most amazing traffic in the world. there is literally not a place in that town you can't be within 15 minutes thanks to an awesome loop that actually works.

My only complaint about the town is the way it floods in a heartbeat. Never seen anything like it.

It's fricking flat as a board. The water has nowhere to go so it just sits there and rises

yep. we're in a bowl. when i was there a couple of weekends ago they had got 12 inches in 2 days, which was severely needed due to the lakes being below 50%.

2 days later and it was 100% and they had to open up the EQ channel to make sure the lake and river didn't break the dam. Pretty amazing.

Lake nasworthy filling overnight

Nah I mean the streets in SA channel the water into these crazy fast rivers. I remember stopping at an intersection during a rain shower (not a heavy storm) and seeing little cars in front of us getting damn near swept away
