is touching black womens hair a thing? I have never even contemplated touching another persons hair that I was not related to. (child, grandchild, spouse, etc.)
A lot of this stuff black women wear is not even real hair. its some weave shite. It looks like they are wearing their pet cat on their head.

Some black women get really weird about it. Usually the ones who wear weaves.
Thankfully my mom and sisters don't wear weaves. They'd probably think it's weird if a random person came up and touched their hair (we all would), but wouldn't go nuclear over it like some black women I know.

Most ladies put an awful lot of money into their hair whether it is fake or not. I'd imagine you would get some really weird looks and most likely hit with the closest object for just touching any womans hair.

Depends on where said hair is located on the black woman's body and what you are touching it with. If you go jerkin the merkin, just make sure you have clearance to engage said merkin.
