Mine is golf. I really wish it wasn't I enjoy it but I really do suck. Happy when I hit less than 100 but I usually sit around 110.

I subconsciously will aim and hit trees, powerlines, power line poles, bridges, carts and many more. Luckily my voice is loud enough to warn people a stray hit is coming.

Lackland base course is my arch nemesis. It's really just one hole. 9 fricks my world up. I just can't make it to the top of the hill. I haven't played that course in a while but I'll be there to try and finally conquer my friend later this year I'm sure.

Has anyone else on here planted one into the hill on hole 9?

If your already around SA just go to topgolf. Way better than going to a course... 3 story range, bar in each level(that delievers to your booth), targets/scoring with gps in the balls. Most fun ive ever had golfing.

I scored the winning basket for the other team when I was on the junior high school basketball team.

Golf, and it ain't even close. I was All State in football, was always pretty good at basketball, never played much baseball, placed 4th in the state at Shot Put, had an impressive amateur record in boxing, I won junior championships in swimming (should have never given up swimming, my mother went to the Olympic trials and my dad was a National champion in college). I would also beat anyone on this board's arse at ping pong.

But golf, I'm laughably bad. Like, tear up the scorecard after the front 9 bad. I never developed a passion for improving my game, it really sucks too, because now that my dad is retired, all he wants to do is golf. I wish I was better so that I had a reason to spend more time with him.

Golf.

I do it for social purposes so I don't give a frick that I suck. I drink until I think I'm playing well and then drink some more.

I do worry that I can barely throw a baseball to my kids; I was a catcher and a good one at picking off stealers. I can't make that throw anymore and my shoulder is all fricked up. I never hit a home run. A catcher without long ball power. Disgraceful.

I was horrible at football the one season I actually played organized league ball. Too small to play any position on the interior, and too slow to play any skill position. They put me at LB(this was 6th grade) and I probably had more missed tackles than actual tackles. I did have 2 INTs though. One I was completely out of position and got yelled at when I came back to the sideline.

I hear ya. I struggle with golf, though I just started playing last year. I have actually gotten a lot better. It's extremely frustrating, because I have great bat speed in baseball and can mash, but it feels like I go full retard in my golf swing. Finally starting to score under 100 though, so we shall see.

The absolute worst is that I was a pretty good baseball player, but last year during coach pitch, i lead the league in strikeouts due to not being able to throw a strike....it is incredibly frustrating. I'm not talking about just being a little outside type stuff....I mean skipping the ball 5 feet in front of the plate....I'm getting anxiety now just thinking about it.

I fancy myself as a pretty good athlete. Could never play a lick of soccer, lacrosse or frisbee, though. It's bad.

the first time i played golf i did not hit it past the ladies tee. after 9 holes, i just drove the cart for the rest of my crew and played their caddy. didn't even keep trying.
