For me, it was Alien. I was 8 when I saw it and the chestburster scene fricked me up. Couldn't eat spaghetti for a year. Now it's one of my all time faves.

It. I still hate clowns to this day. And I heard they are coming out with a horror movie about them.
Honorable mention to Doc Hollywood. PG13 movie with my first boobies that my parents didn't catch. I was never the same afterwards

Childs Play.
Had a my little buddy. Made my dad throw it away and put the trash out before I would go to my room and go to sleep.

Traumatized in that after seeing them I became obsessed with them.

The Champ, watching him die after the fight was just crazy and spooky to me.
The Birds, just watching all those birds attack that lady may be part of reason I dont like poultry besides the smell.

You know that screen that used to show up at the beginning of Universal Films where the earth looks like a weird blob?
That image plus the song "I Keep Forgettin'" by Michael McDonald freaks me the frick out.
I don't know what happened that brings those two things together, but going on the rule of weird feelings and molestration, I'm guessing it was molestation.
In fact, as I type this out, the gif is perfectly synchronized with the music, and it fricks me up.
Edit: Link for Gif matchup. frick you, Michael McDonald

This is weak as frick but who cares...
"The Black Cauldron"
Its animated and all things are fine and dandy until this old person looks into the cauldron and sees bad shite about to happen. IDK if its the music or the scene or what but I freaked the hell out, ejected the VHS (
) and havent watched it since

Black Cauldron was a great show.
There was a video game out in MS DOS days that was awesome.

It - I'd make an effort to walk around Storm drains as a child.
Child's Play 2 - My first exposure to Chucky, I remember coming home and it being on USA in the late 90s. Body drops down in the factory, then they show Chucky laughing. Spooked me enough to turn off the TV, the lights, and shut the door of the room the TV was in as I ran out. Probably the most common theme in my young nightmares was Chucky under my bed.
I own copies of both now, eventually learned Child's Play 2 and beyond were just dark comedies rather than pure horror.

I love that movie.
I have to go with the consensus here. My brother showed me It, double VHS, when I was 9. fricking terrified me. I also caught Candy Man on HBO at an early age which was pretty traumatizing.
