550 yards. 325 ^ that way, and 225 ---> that way.
Seriously, 345 if we are talking fairway.
When I was on my highschool and college teams my average was between 275-300. Problem was if I really tried to uncork one I would let the club face open up more often than not. So while I could reach the 320s, it usually wasn't worth the effort because it would end up costing me a stroke or two, and a lost ball.

I think Trevino said that not even God can hit a 1 iron ... and to that I would agree.
I too can smack a 2 iron, even today. These days I play a 2 iron off the senior tee quite a bit and with success. 2 irons can be hit ... 1 irons cannot.

I think like 340 or so. I typically drive around 230-240 with a wicked slice. When I straighten it out I typically destroy the ball.
Started with a wicked baseball swing, but it's getting a lot better.

I'm not one to use distance-binoculars and whatnot, but if I had to guess, probably 290 or 300.

What was the point of even including this sentence?

I typically average around 290yds or more although I rarely hit a driver unless I'm playing in a scramble.
Longest drive was at a club here in a scramble. Had two good shots out there and a good tailwind. Caught it on the screws and with the wind, it went just over 400yds.
Hole was 435yds and we only had a little pitch left to the green.
Rooster, I don't think the Holiday inn course is still open. I've played there before but it was a very long time ago.

Not lying but it rolled a long long long way downhill on hard flat dry ground
and I'd never be able to hit it that sweet again in my life

That's my problem. I tee the ball up as high as possible and stand as far as possible from the tee and just hit line drives. They usually don't get more than 30-40 feet off the ground. I've got a good short game though.

360+ on a really dry summer day

324. I'm the definition of a weekend warrior though. Play with four other guys on the weekends and I'm middle of the pack among the five of us in ability.

353 yards. Stars aligned and the swing was perfect. Don't expert another one like it for years. I'm still a beginner, so I have to take a lot off my drive to hit it straight.

You Mobile players will get a kick out of this but.....300 yards at Number Two...Prichard Municipal Golf course..that is if the yardage markers were right LOL
It was the exception rather than the rule I can go 260 270 on a very good day. I did have a moment at the Municipal driving range...I had some business out there and the club pro was hitting some on the range. We talked some from time to time and I explained that my game sucked so he invited me to hit a couple just to see what my swing looked like.
I took his driver and God has a sense of humor....I absolutely destroyed it long and straight and it ended up off the back side of the range. I could take fifty buckets and never do that. I was accused of sandbagging LOL but it sure felt good.

364 at Auburn Links... just happened to be on a tournament long drive hole. All fairway, with a helping wind.
