Wasn't trying to call you out personally, I just don't know what death you could have in your sleep where you don't wake up. Just "passing in your sleep" sounds too easy.

I want to go before I realize I'm going. Heart attack or stroke where I just drop or in my sleep. Wouldn't mind going out on a morphine high if I had a terminal illness.
I fear a violent death. Stabbed to death, intentionally drowned, shot and bleeding out, etc. I don't want to know I'm dying, and especially not be in pain during.

Not always true, especially for the elderly. If you have the kind of heart attack that would drop someone who was conscious (about 5% of heart attacks) you wont wake up. Studies show that stroke victims almost never wake up if they are asleep when it strikes. They either die or slip into a comatose state that they must be awoken from.

Like Kenny Rogers says, the best thing you can hope for is to die in your sleep.
And I think being burned alive would be among the worst ways to go. Something slow like starving to death would also be pretty rough.

I want to die peacefully.
The most horrifying death, IMO, is burning to death. Or being drawn and quartered. I've seen a lot of medieval shite in the last week.

I guess I want to go in my sleep.
I don't want to die in a plane crash. Just knowing that I'm plummeting toward an unavoidable fiery explosion would be the worst part about the whole ordeal.

I hope I get diagnosed with an incurable diseases and am given like 3 months to live. After 2 1/2 months I am jumping out of a plane no chute.
And landing on the 50 in Bryant Denny, they just roll some dirt in the hole and put a little sod on top. I'll be good to go.

Worst way to die besides drowning....watch Law Abiding Citizen. Being slowly sawed apart with your eyelids cut off and mirrors all around so you could see everything all while being kept alive....yeah that would F-cking suck.
Besides dying in my sleep, I'd like to develop a rare incurable illness when I'm 90, and sacrifice myself by flying a rocket filled with bombs to the interior of an Earth-bound asteroid.
