This seems… not healthy?
A music critic named Olivia Horn gave the new TS album a 6.6 (which, honestly, isn’t even that bad) with some valid points:

It took about half a second for Miss Horn to turn her accounts private because she was getting harassed by Swifties.

Did you aggregate these tweets yourself?
That doesn't seem healthy either. Not as unhinged compared to the examples you provided, but seeking that out when it's easily ignorable considering those tweets you posted don't seem to be getting that much engagement, seems odd.

They’re just passionate fans. As a musician I appreciate it, music makes zero money if not for fans.

I won't call myself a "fan" of Taylor Swift but I do enjoy some of her albums. I tried to listen to her latest one and had to turn it off after I got a few songs into the thing. It's just not good. The lyrics are dumb, the sound is generic, and her voice sounds like it's just going through the motions.

My daughters love TS and over the years I have listed to plenty of her music, I actually think she puts on an entertaining concert (I have seen plenty of her live recordings) and some of her songs I do like.
This new album is not good. She plays the same 3 cords and all of the songs are vanilla and sound the same. She is high on quantity and low on quality.
I don't have anything against her and feel I am being objective.

There are a lot of truly great 3 chord songs in the history of music. Just a single example is Zepplin's Rock and Roll, at its core it is just A, D, and E. Now Bonzo's intro is a whole other kettle of fish not having a drummer's brain it breaks mine.
