Piastri essentially did the same thing Russell did to Verstappen. Russell didnt get a penalty. Piastri gets the penalty to give Norris the win. Whats the common denominator?

Thats a garbage penalty for Piastri. Pretty much gifts Norris the race. This is why people claim British bias. At the British Grand Prix no less.
