I predicted a loss preseason and I still think Bama wins.....but there is a path to victory for Missouri. Its going to take an ultra efficient and mistake free game to make it happen. The running game has to get on track immediately and the pass rush has to get home in the first half. If Simpson has time he will make the throws. He has to be moved off his spot and forced to make throws off platform.

Watching that spread dwindle. There is some respect on Mizzou

This Bama team reminds me of those tough Tennessee teams where if you press them back, they start to lose confidence. Even with Vanderbilts limited weapons, Bama needed Vandy mistakes to keep from getting behind 2 touchdowns.

The Bama program has earned respect, but I don't think they have the team to beat us. Unless the moment is too big for Beau, and he plays like Drew Pyne, we have too many weapons.

Just don’t get killed by the deep ball, and no dumb penalties.

Bama is going to hit big plays. Its what they do. I expect Batoon to play a lot of zone, contain their ground game, and rush 4 until the field gets short. At that point he can use Jacobs in the A gaps and hopefully force a couple of FGs.

The offense has to be able to punch back and not necessarily with big plays. To have a chance to win late, they have to keep Simpson on the sidelines in the first half and keep the defense fresh for the 4th qtr.

11 am games do not favor Mizzou. The last time a game on this level was played this early, at home, was when we lost to Georgia back in 2014, 34-0. That was also the same season we went to the SEC Championship game.

Just watched Greg Mcilroys preview. It's not worth the link. According to him, we play at fair oh field and Logan Reichert being questionable at OL could be an issue.

Nice job doing your homework Greggy.

We have had plenty of wins at 11AM too. Our first win over UF came in an 11AM home game and the crowd was phenomenal.

What was the line for that game? This coming Saturday game is different because the line is going to end up being within a touchdown or less.

Bama will get some of those, we just need to limit it. I'm feeling good about this one.

Line opened at Bama -6.5 and is now -2.5.

My MU cup is always half full. That's why it's so painful when the Tigers "Muzzou" a game.

Having said that... The Tigers are beating 'bama Saturday!
It's time. M I Z!!

Ridgewalker says Mizzou will slow the roll.

I like it.

Agree, If MU doesn't get burnt deep too often they win.

I think MU's O line and D line will also make a difference.
They are stout.
