That is not what people are saying here. I am pointing out in order to get better recruits is to show much improvement on offense and win more than 6 games. That should help get interest from better players. Winning should help get better players down the road.

Couple of things:
1) did our leading recruiter leave last year?
2) Drink was good at selling NIL early on. Selling and executing are two different things.

Could yall imagine what you would of been saying if Rakestraw had committed when we first offered him? We were his first P5 offer yet yall loved his commitment but probably only because Bama and all them got involved at the very end. If he committed when we first offered yall would of been pissed and saying its a dud. Give the staff some time, they have been able to find some good 3 star players the past couple of years.

I hope you're right.
Hopefully we find our stride this season. Would love nothing more than to have a huge run of wins at the beginning of this season and turn it into a lot of momentum in recruiting too.

Handling NIL money is just like having a budget, so it is possible that Mizzou was signing lower-cost talent first to make sure they filled some slots; then you know you have a set amount of money for certain more expensive priorities.

RB Johann Cardenas from Houston, TX will decide today at noon. It looks like it is between us and Vandy
RB Darrion Dupree will decide today at 1 pm. His top 4 are Washington, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Mizzou.

Either of those RBs would be great, seems like the "experts" don't like our chances though huh.
In other news, 3* ESTL Safety Leontre Bradford seems to be trending to Mizzou but hasn't set a commitment date yet from what I can tell. He has a strong offer list - Wisconsin, Oregon, Arkansas, Ole Miss, Nebraska, Mich St, and others
