The #1 WR in the junior class in America, Luther Burden Jr, is leaving Cardinal Ritter and enrolling at East St. Louis. He will play spring football for the Flyers. Think it would be a positive for @MizzouFootball who have developed a nice pipeline there.

Not that it makes a difference but weird that Burden is down to a 4* now on 247, he was a top 15 recruit not long ago. Usually recruits that are committed to blue bloods don't have their rankings drop like that

The sound of what? Kentucky?

This sounds pretty good to me...

Missouri, meanwhile, has been a strong contender for almost every top in-state prospect since Eli Drinkwitz took over the program more than a year ago. Gracial also told me Alabama and Missouri were the two schools he was most excited to visit once the dead period ended.

I think he is more saying how if it comes down to Mizzou vs Alabama in a recruiting battle. He doesn't like the sound of that. Beating Alabama in anything is hard, especially recruiting haha.

Top 5 for 4* NE guard Deshawn Woods

Nubs not on the list. Oh my, how the mighty have fallen!

MO WR Kevin coleman names top 8 and no confusion this time, it was penn state emoji, not mizzou.

Or Mizzou goes 9-3 and a bowl win. If the offense do well and that might help change his mind. Still a lot of time before signing day.

A lot might have to do with Drinkwitz needed to show improvement on offense and defense this fall in order for recruits to decide to go to Mizzou. That was true for Odom and he failed badly. That is whole reason why he was fired. Recruiting is the key to get to compete for the division. This is the best year for Drinkwitz to take advantage of the newly hired HCs. I thought Pruitt was going to continue to improve the team but went backwards. So, let's wait and see it is a long off season. Got to replace one assistant and I am not sure who will be doing the hire for that one. There is no hurry for that since it got to be someone either the DC or the HC knows the coach.

PM has moved 4*QB Sam Horn to 100% Mizzou! He has been thought to be leaning this way because of his relationship with Drink. That would be some great depth at the position.

That would be incredible, PM all put their predictions in today, wonder if they're expecting a commitment soon? With his current 247 ranking, he would be the 2nd highest ranked recruit we've ever had from outside of Missouri (behind Damien Nash from KS in 2003)
