just glanced at the media guide. by my count USC baseball holds a 43-34 series advantage over Pickens since Ray Tanner stepped on campus in 1997. this includes the 4-0 mark for Carolina while bouncing their striped asses outta Omaha twice.
the past 23 seasons have probably felt like a lifetime for their fair-weather baseball fans.

Someone tweeted a screenshot of tnet and damn..they BIG mad over there. Talking about firing Monte and they have better facilities so there's no excuse to lose to us and they're STILL claiming they have the better "culture."

I saw one thread about them complaining about Monte going to our locker room and congratulating us. After they worshiped Dabo for doing it for Syracuse

They moved a fence in the outfield and put new dirt on the field. In the Clempson dugout they installed a self serve soft ice cream dispenser and now they think their stadium is better than ours.

yea he was automatic. But Berryhill had to be close. He was Smackin bombs all weekend. Dudes going to be a monster if he stays healthy.

I was 7 years old when Tanner took over. Now this is the kind of Gamecock baseball I'm used to.

We also are 2nd in the nation in HR's at 25 averaging 2.1 HR's a game through 12 games.
New Mexico State is first but I dont think they should count. Either way theyve played a game more and have 4 more HR's.
Its fun to watch knowing that at any second we could score. Glad we look competent finally, and if its anything like last year, we will only get better as the season goes.
