NCAA selection committee better give some leeway to the SEC this year. 9-9/10-8 should be good enough for an at-large with the quality of the teams this year.

Confused how LSU drops out (from the Spring poll) when all LSU has done is pick-up new additions to the team, with a few other processed. Oh well, who gives a shite anyway.
ETA: To clarify, I mean SI's Spring poll which was a a way-too-early ranking for 2021-22.

Did you read about the transfers Texas pulled off? Beard got an insane amount of talent from the portal.

Texas is definitely a presumptive Top Ten team, perhaps even Top Five. I don't think it's very reasonable to have Texas start at #2 when there's so much new about the team, however.

I mean it's just meaningless preseason rankings so we don't have to be the most reasonable. Texas's biggest problem is going to be finding minutes and touches for all these guys. They're all used to scoring a lot so ego management might be a problem too.
Ppg last year:
Carr - 19.4
Mitchell - 18.8
Allen - 17
Disu - 15
Jones - 14.6
Ramey - 12.2
Bishop - 11
So unless we're putting up 120 a game something's gotta give.
I actually feel bad for Brandon Jones. He's the dude on our team who got cancer. Been a solid part of our program for like 5 years now? But he's probably losing his starting spot.
