As the best OOC game in a given year absolutely. But we almost never have 2 Power-5 OOC opponents so Georgia Tech is refreshing. South Florida is meh but they have had a handful of decent teams in their short history

I like the way we are getting some interesting P5 match-ups twice a year.....not just the Texas, Ohio States, and Notre Dames but layering in some teams we never just see like Arizona, Ga Tech, Okie Lite to go along with the big match-ups. So much better than the shitty non-conference stuff we have seen.

2025-2029 are gonna be really fun or really terrible, depending on how good we are...

Notre Dame trying to move as far away as possible from having to meet Saban. Why are we playing Ohio State in regular season when there might be every possibility of meeting them in the Playoffs? Challenging schedules, to say the least, but by the time we play some of them, they would have expanded the playoffs, and one or two losses won't eliminate teams.

Looking less likely Saban is the HC when ND comes to BDS which kinda stinks.
This scheduling is so much better than the neutral site lovefest though.

USF is a giant "frick you" to UCF.
And my dad went to Georgia z Tech, so frick you
;)
Just kidding. They've been terrible for ages. But I got to see them as a kid, when I lived in Atlanta, back when they win the national championship. I'm glad they play again, for the first time in ages. My dad is not a big sports guy, but my uncles were. Between my mom, 4 uncles, and any aunt having gone to alabama, they managed to turn me into a Bama fan while growing up in central Florida.

Love it. Give me all the quirky and unique P5 home and homes. Can't wait to see all these teams in Bryant Denny.
Also, Alabama playing Tech at Bobby Dodd is awesome. I don't care how good Tech is.

Especially when you can go to a game, and still sleep in your bed.
And Bobby Dodd was my first game. GT vs Virginia Tech, early in Frank Banner Beamer's tenure. GT lost. But it was late 80s in Atlanta. Losing was all we knew.

Will they play in Bobby Dodd or Mercedes-Benz stadium? 55k vs 75k capacities

I was wondering about that. Tech is playing one game yearly there from 2020-2024, and I wouldn't be surprised if that continues that they move our game there. Hell, they're playing Clemson there in a CFA Kickoff game soon
