Is this another one of your drive by topics you will never post in again?

Why would a thread like this require me to post in it again? I mainly like to post initial news updates on here, not conversation starters.

Just curious what you want me to say?

Big loss for UK, but the dumpster fire this is Michigan won't change. It's pure Michigan.

When you have fantastic position coaches it’s going to happen if you don’t have bigger openings within the program to promote them into.

Clink hurts but make no mistake, Vince Marrow will still do business without him.

He's had this drive-by posting style for years, and I've given him a hard time about it for years. It's frustrating because I feel like he's someone who could contribute to the board, but for some reason when he rolls through here he's lazy as shite.

Big 10 blue blood poaching low end SEC teams.

The power gulf is growing.

He's gotten us some good commits from the State of Michigan. He will be missed.

But this guy leaves as a position coach and comes as a position coach. What is he saying, beyond he has a new favorite shade of blue?

I’m not going to fault a guy for going to a traditional football school, particularly one who grew up in Big 10 country. And White was courted by the NFL in the off-season and turned down an offer so I don’t see our DC position opening up anytime soon. IMO this isn’t any different then Coleman and Orlando on the basketball side leaving Illinois for Kentucky for the same positions.

I’m surprised we’ve held onto the coaches we have since Stoops came along. Barnhart has done a good job of matching offers and the like. Sometimes you just can’t hang onto those guys.

I’m hoping that one of these days marrow will find his way to being on osu’s staff.

That being said, Eric wolford is an Ohio guy too. I’m sure if he keeps whipping studrawa’s arse on the recruiting trail he could find himself on the coaching roster in Columbus too

I think at this point it would almost have to be a package deal with Stoops. He seems pretty content to stay with him (Harbaugh tried to poach him early on).
