Pick a conference of greats. No jibber-jabber in this OP, just content. Switchback delivers.

Alabama: Nick Saban
Arkansas: Bobby Petrino
Auburn: Pat Dye
Florida: Steve Spurrier
Georgia: Vince Dooley
Kentucky: Bear Bryant
LSU: Les Miles
Miss. State: Dan Mullen, I guess
Missouri: Dan Devine
Ole Miss: Hugh Freeze
South Carolina: Lou Holtz
Tennessee: Robert Neyland
Texas A&M: R.C. Slocum
Vanderbilt: James Franklin

Imagine a conference with all these guys coaching their teams at once

I'd honestly rather have Orgeron than Miles. They both needed a lot of help from coordinators. But at least with O, you have the hope of getting the right one and having a productive offense.

Dont want to speak for Ark fans, but I would have gone with Broyles over Petrino.

You could make a strong case for Urban over Spurrier.

I don't hate how you squeezed Saban and Coach Bryant into the same list.

But, I agree Urban vs Spurrier is up for debate. And might add that Saban belongs on both Bama and LSU lists.

Spurrier would have to coach UF and USC.

Frank Broyles is the best coach in Arkansas football history

It's still crazy to me that South Carolina had Lou Holtz and Steve Spurrier in back to back tenures and now we're stuck with Willy Muschamp. Ugh.

It was hard, but it boiled down to me liking Spurrier better than Urban. Urban was never the SEC icon Spurrier was

I'd have Johnny Vaught over Freeze at Ole Miss.

I want to know how Bama fans would react if the Bear were here coaching against Saban.
