I'm confused by this as well. I know Evans said he was a package deal with his teammate, OL Dameion George, but I've never heard of a connection to Ward.

Not sure how they are connected. All I can say is Zack has told every staff that Brady Ward has to be included in his commitment. That is a fact. We know Ole Miss is now considered the favorite after Ward recently committed to them it kinda tells you what you need to know.

Brady won't be on scholly initially at Ole Miss either. The connection between Ward and Evans is greatly exaggerated. I doubt it has any real impact on Evans.

He didn’t end up committing to Ole Miss by accident bub. If the connection was exaggerated it must be a mythical coincidence he just so happens to be committed to Ole Miss the school Evans is being projected to. Staffs have spoken about Evans demands for Brady Ward to get his signature. Just saying - it’s out in the open.

Yeah this brady ward connection is something that has never been mentioned anywhere on the LSU recruiting board. I’ve followed Evan’s entire recruitment and never heard this. The only package deal that has ever been mentioned was with his teammate Damieon George

The Brady Ward connection to Zach Evans is extremely overblown. They are buddies but there is no package deal whatsoever between the two. OM didn't take Brady to try to get Evans. Brady took a grayshirt when he committed to OM.

Incorrect - Zack Evans told staffs they are package deal.

I notice you acknowledge they are friends and just so happen to be looking at the same school but sticking your head in the sand on Zack telling staffs they were a package deal.

Neal McCready who is the OM writer for Rivals is a personal friend of Brady's dad. He said that there is no package deal between the two. They are casual friends through the camp circuit. That is it. I am not sticking my head in the sand. This is the truth.

Whether or not Zach Evans has told anyone that, I don't know. Who the hell actually knows what Zach Evans is saying/doing 99% of the time anyways. The kid is all over the place.

Why would he randomly come out and say that?

He certainly told staffs he and Brady were a package. Staffs have reported it to team mods

Have to agree. He will never play for anyone 3/4 years. Either his ego or mental instability gets him bounced from the team, or he will enter the portal the first time a coach looks at him wrong, and he will enter the NFL draft the second he is eligible because his “advisors” will tell him he is 1st round material. This kid has already shown contempt for all the great schools that have tried to recruit him. Scholarships, education, connections mean nothing to him, as he plays his games.

Evans is visiting UF officially on March 20th. UF was seen as a major threat leading up to NSD and supposedly he wanted to commit and sign with Florida. Mullen wanted Evans, but told him he had to visit first. So I’m guessing he will end up with Florida if he takes the official on March 20th. Everything is tentative with this kid, but have read it’s down to Florida or Tennessee.
