So who winds up with this problem child?

Will he be worth the drama that comes with him?

The Evans saga has been one of the wildest recruiting stories in quite some time. Some are considering the five-star running back to be filled with "red flags" heading into the collegiate level. Evans was sent home from his high school’s state championship football game last December because the back failed to comply with his coaches’ edict to give up his cellphone.

Additionally, the Mustangs running back missed the first half of the quarterfinals in the UIL Texas playoffs to take his SAT to qualify for a spot this recruiting season. Evans also missed two games due to suspension for violating team rules.

I read somewhere that he may end up at Ole Miss. Can't remember where I saw it, but it had something to do with them taking some friend of his that is a 3 star whom no other team agreed to take.

Ole Miss. It is a done deal, until he changes his mind again.

Ole Miss took Brady Ward who Zach has been forcing teams to take if they wanted his signature. Georgia offered him a preferred Walk on spot but not a scholarship. Bama and others refused to offer Brady. He committed to Ole Miss. Evans is going to Ole Miss unless something changes.

Brady Ward from Mobile, Alabama?

Why would Zach Evans, a RB from Texas, give a shite where a 3-star OL from Alabama goes?

Depends on the team. If you have an established roster and are a successful program, maybe not. If you're struggling to get something started, probably worth the risk. Either way, it's the coaches who can't draw a line in the sand that allow problem players to damage to their programs.

Zack has told every staff him and Brady Ward are a package deal. He didn't commit to Ole Miss by accident.

It says Brady Ward is a slow, white, 3 star offensive line recruit from Alabama. How do they know each other?

I'm confused by this as well. I know Evans said he was a package deal with his teammate, OL Dameion George, but I've never heard of a connection to Ward.

Brady won't be on scholly initially at Ole Miss either. The connection between Ward and Evans is greatly exaggerated. I doubt it has any real impact on Evans.
