I went with DirecTV Stream Choice package because it still provides the regional sports networks.

It is missing some things - CBSSN, FS2, Sportsman Channel -but I find myself watching less and less TV these days.

Sling is the cheapest route. Then just download the espn app.

We originally did sling about 5 years back when we got rid of cable. It was ok but the controls were really bad. YoutubeTV controls are much better. We usually keep it from Late August until the CFP's then cancel during the summer.

I have tried them all and Fubo was the best for me. Outside of college sports I watch very little TV.

Yeah, YouTube TV is hard to beat.

You can set it to record every SEC game, for example.

Only drawback I’ve found is that sometimes the picture quality isn’t great, even on a higher resolution broadcast. The 4K content is pretty lacking anyway — like one game a week, but the HDR just doesn’t look right, IMO.

Fubo is probably my second favorite, but all of the streaming services (including YTTV) have their own pros and cons.

So it's not just my TV? I was wondering why my new TV sucked. Thought I might have to go back to that alley and see if that guys still there that sold it to me for cheap?

IDK man, I think those guys in the alley did you right, YTTV is just using some kind of compression or something.

ESPN is supposed to be 720p, I think, and they're consistently one of the worst. Almost looks blocky at times. And Fox's HDR on football games looks way blown out on mine.

To me Hulu + Live TV has one of the best pictures, but there are so many problems with their interface it's not worth it.

That's a relief. I was worried that it didn't have 4k, but i guess it's just the antenna isn't picking up the signal?
