He’s going to get himself fired and Florida might hire a competent coach. 2020 Dan Mullen was the perfect level of Dan Mullen. This 2021 shite too much.

This was discussed at length by Kentucky and Tennessee fans during our game. We all agreed Mullen should stay.

Entire SEC East and LSU had an all hands on deck meeting. The team votes were clear. Dan Mullen stays!

50 years from now children will marvel that the UF/FSU game was twice decided by Dan Mullen and Mike Norvell.

That ship has sailed. His wife can't love and kiss the whole state and make it better now. He is done. It's just a matter of when Florida pulls the plug. The problem is, who does Florida hire? Who really wants to be in Gainesville, let alone inherit the dumpster fire that's snowballing?
Would you really want to compete with Kirby and Co. in recruiting and the East? Then throw in the unknown potential fruit basket turnover scenarios of divisions once Texas and Oklahomer come to the SEC...is it really that appealing of a job?

If UF hires a coach that is competent enough of a recruiter to make UF the choice program in Florida especially when the other Florida programs are down you will be fine against Kirby.

Not at all. None of the DC's we had under Mullen wanted to work with him, and one left before our Orange Bowl game in 2014.

How in the frick did Florida give up 40 to SCAR? The only reason they scored 14 on us is that we put the walk-ons in late in the 4th.

Florida is not an easy place to win. Only two coaches have ever had success there. Really amazing what Spurrier did. Meyer road that wave, but was running it down by the time the heart attacks were starting up. I am not sure there is a coach available that will be able to have success there right now. It’s a tough place to win.

The coach at IowaSt or Minnesota would win the East by year 5 at UF.
UF has everything it takes to be a juggernaut in college football except a decent coach.
