Where is HIPPA in all of this? It's no one's business what someone's medical status is. No one should have to account to anyone else for any medical procedure, this should remain private information between a patient and the doctor. If for some insane reason harsin is eventually let go because of this then I hope he brings forth a lawsuit that could have an avalanche effect and end up helping America in the long run.
