Better than you think defensively

Offense…meh…but yes he is Christian Macaffrey’s brother

They are fairly stout defensively (by Conf USA standards). They have a stud WR and a QB battle that includes baby Macaffery…but our d line should feast.

Overall…a good opener. We will need to execute on offense but shouldn’t really have much trouble crushing them with our D.

Seems like it's been a while since we comfortably beat anyone. I'm expecting a close one until proven otherwise

I do miss the days of pounding an opponent like this by 40-50. Those were the days.

Pittboss was brought in for games just like this. We’ll be the more physical team. We’ll play to the level of our talent and win comfortably.

I know a thing or two about X's and O's. We're going to beat them by 140 points. Just watch.

I was reading the Nebraska-Illinois postgame thread on r/CFB, and just about the only thing Husker fans were giving Frost a pass on was not retaining McCaffrey, since he reportedly sucked worse than Adrian Martinez.

Not that it means anything for our game — he’ll probably tear us up with his legs because he suck historically against running QBs — but something to highlight.

Ouch. Bert did his best to Bert that game away but Martinez was the drizzling poo.

That game set the sport of football back a decade. It was like Chad Morris was a QB consultant for both teams.

This game will set my expectation levels.

We're capable of 6-6 and a bowl game.

If we struggle here and can't out physical rice we're gonna have a hard time getting there.

If we smoke them, expectations hold.

I'm starting to wonder about how many people will show up for this one. Hearing lots of folks plan to skip it for one reason or another

Won’t be making this one in person. I’m just hoping to be done moving by kickoff

Hopefully they’ve updated their servers.

Kinda, you will need a subscription to a streaming service to watch it leagally.......

i'm sure there will be streams available for those crafty but cheap fans.
