Shocking. I always thought he would be a 5-7 year NFL starter

He was hurt in high school and at auburn… shouldn’t be a surprise, but still sucks… he’s probably my favorite player since 2010.

He was such a tall and lanky build that I’m not surprised he was not durable enough long term for the NFL . You gotta have that Ronnie Brown kind of frame to withstand that kind pounding year in and year out. Kerry in is a bright guy and he will do well in whatever he does. Great ambassador for AU.

This is absolutely true.

Hate that his NFL career was short but I hope he wants to coach. He would be very good.

People can’t honestly believe this. For that one season, okay. For his career, frick no.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone picks him up. He has to prove he can stay healthy obviously, but he's still young enough that there may be a few teams that take a chance on him.

Yep, for that season.

And it cost us (and KP) a conference championship because of not having a hot backup ready.

We don’t have to recycle through nauseatingly boring talking points.

We didn’t have a decent backup then and there were reasons for that. The same people complaining about this were also claiming we let Asa Martin “get away.”

Kerryon Johnson stays injured. End of story

Yep. People raked Gus over coals over what his mom said and claimed that as more evidence that Gus couldn’t manage the position much less the team.

Hard to imagine how we couldn't have a decent backup when Gustav had so much success on the recruiting trail when it came to RBs.

Which is why I always took the "Gustav is/was a great recruiter" talk with a box of Morton's.
