Good deal for the Big 12. Not so great for the PAC 12.

Also, would suck to be West Virginia in that conference. Already traveling a ton to get to Big 12 territory. Now you have to go to the coast.

Can't be any worse than being in a non-power conference. Big XII trying to maintain their P5 status is the best thing for the majority of these schools that don't have a home in another power conference regardless of regionality or time zones.

I wouldn't take all of them. I'd only want Baylor, Tech, TCU, and Oklahoma State. Even then, the PAC 12 has a very ominous future.

The PAC 12 has shown zero interest in adding religious schools but maybe they've changed their tune.

Cal fans traveling to Morgantown would be the biggest culture shock they’ve ever experienced.

I've not been to Stillwater, but you've got to make an effort to get to Manhattan, KS...

Assuming the ACC actually wants them. They don't really add anything that the ACC doesn't already have plenty of besides maybe some burnt up couches.

They tried the SEC and ACC last time, neither want. They have shite academics, and don't bring any new markets. Their only option would be the AAC.
