A minor can’t legally consent to having sex with an adult, so it doesn’t matter if he was willing or not.

Also, he is 30 years old and it allegedly happened 2 years ago. There would still be a lot wrong if he were a 28 year old NFL player and out picking up 16 and 17 year olds even if the act was legal.
I wonder if there will be more people/cases coming forward in the next few weeks. That seems to be the way it goes.
If he is guilty, I doubt it was the first/only time.
