30 game conference schedule and the SEC tournament causes burn out.....

What exactly did winning the SEC tournament do for Arkansas?

It made us the #1 team in the nation for 14 weeks. And cause us to win the SEC Regular Season Championship, and to win the SEC tourney championship as well.
It set a standard for Arkansas to try to continually better themselves by. It raised our profile on the national stage constantly. Even our new training center was spoken of over and over and it is just now ready. #5 recruiting class incoming.
I mean, why make such a thread... Like winning all of the above and the publicity couldn't hurt man!!! Really?
Would you prefer not winning the SEC, Tourney, Not having the publicity and still losing in the Supers?

Got more hardware, sold out regionals, everyone knows we had the best team and best season. shite happens, it better than not winning any conf games

Dude, you just can't turn off a team like ours who wanted it all.
Didn't lose a series all year until today man.
So, in the tourney we were just supposed to shut down and not win something we haven't won in years, or before?

Arky played 4 games in Hoover. Tennessee played 5.
Did Tennessee look tired today?
These guys have been playing 100 games per year since they were 9 years old.

Arkansas was good but I would some other SEC teams were more talented but Arkansas played with a lot of tenacity and grinded out an SEC title.

So making excuses because why you can’t get it done. Just take the L and know that you had a great year and it just wasn’t your day. It happens to everyone at some time. Arkansas will be back next year.

I'm sure if they'd known they could choose which games to win and which games to lose, they might have done things differently. You should have shared your advice with them sooner.
