Best league but not so dominant that they will just win every game. It’s still all D1. Not SEC then a gap like most think

I mean Arkansas is far from flawless and they walked through the SEC. Ole Miss has some guys that can rake, Vandy has two really good pitchers, and Tennessee is a pretty damn good team. I wouldn’t really swear by much else I saw this season.

It's a climate kind of deal. Only schools with the right environment prosper.

It does seem that we are the only legit mid-tier team this year. Above us, real good. Below us, not.

This is why the baseball tournament is fun, anything can happen and the little teams can spank the big teams like this. It is hard to win in the NCAA tournament, which makes the Gamecocks record of 22 straight NCAAT wins from 2010-2012 look even more incredible.

Yes.

Not a single SEC has looked dominant against scrubs.

I’ll be surprised if more than 1 makes Omaha. Severely overrated league

It just seems to me that Florida wasn't interested in this tournament.

Doesn't suck. Just isn't as deep as believed to be.

NO, the SEC did not suck in 2021 baseball. In fact, the SEC, top to bottom, probably was stronger in 2021 than in any year I can remember. (1980s on for me.)

LSU 2021 was a below average team in the SEC, but I'd bet LSU would have finished in the top half of the Big 12 or ACC or PAC 12 in 2021.

This is crazy talk. The 4 seeds sold out to win game one.

There will be at least 3 sec teams in omaha.
