His rehab may leak over into next season and even then he probably won’t be right.

We probably won’t see the real Ronald again until 2023

Time for a partial rebuild. Trade Freddy before we get nothing for him, and fire every coach except Washington

With Acuna out if you have no intentions of resigning Freddie then he needs to be dealt at the deadline.

But knowing AA’s retarded arse he will hold on to Freddie and get nothing and then won’t even resign him

ACL surgery and recovery has come a long way. I mean hell Chipper tore his a second time at age like 40 in August and was in the opening day line up the following year.

Acuna is young and very strong. I'd be surprised if he wasn't back opening day

Terribly bad luck season continues.
1 of the top 2 or 3 players in the game, our best player, done for a while.
Hopefully AA begins seeking trades for future prospects.

Think you're right about remaining guys laying down.
1st 9 up to the plate today all struck out, setting a MLB record.

Just 1 of those nothing going right seasons for our Braves.
All Star game gets pulled from our beautiful stadium. Over something ridiculous btw.
No Soroka for the season, Acuna out 2nd hf of the season, D'arnaud out with injury, Ozuna injury/arrested, Pache not major ready, Ynoa hurting himself.
Snakebit season.

Morton and Smyly have to be dealt at the deadline.

I would listen on Freddie too

We drafted the right handed version of Sean Newcomb (79 BBs in ~150 innings in college) in the first round last night. This organization will never fricking learn.

Marlins playing stupid music while he's got the trainers with him, their Twitter account posts a replay with the title "Want to see Jazz hit an inside the park home run?" that ends with a 3-4 second shot of Ronald on the ground grabbing his knee, and the "people" at the game were leaning over the fricking railing to record him while he's being carted off the field. frick everything about the Marlins organization and all 2000 members of their fanbase.

Matlins org is trash and always has been! That Tweet was pure garbage and then they tried to say they were just celebrating Jazz's in the park HR. Really, who celebrates an in the park HR when the outfielder can't even walk and ends up with a tore ACL??

And I hope people who think their pitchers weren't "throwing to him as inside as you can and if you hit him, so what" now see the true make-up of that organization! Not that the injury was their fault, but their reaction just confirms us who they are!

Just a note on my son's first Braves' game (@ the Marlins)

We sat on the wall about 3/4 way down left field line.

We were the only Braves fans on that half of a near empty park. We arrived late (bottom of the 3rd).

Have to say, I was a bit disappointed with Orlando Arcia. He looked our way multiple times during inning transition warm ups/throw arounds and never even contemplated tossing a ball our way. In his Defense, I'm quite certain he had family/friends attending as he tossed every ball to the same family (all decked out in Marlins gear). The Marlins left fielder shared the love. He tossed one just a bit too deep for us.

Great experience no matter what. Just wish the Braves could have pulled it out and maybe next time, Arcia will toss one to the good guys.

Very cool. How is that stadium? I've read reviews that it is a pretty nice place to watch a game but can feel like being in airplane hanger when the roof is closed.

I thought it was awesome. Nice amenities. Staff were awesome. Easy parking, entry and exit. We got to go on the field after and he got to run the bases. He thought that was cool.

He wore his Braves cap the whole time, even as he struggled to put on his free "Marlins Diamond Dash" tee.

The roof was closed (thank God, I may not get use to the heat/humidity here). It did make the park seem smaller, but great venue IMO. Not in the best part of town, but with the parking deck and overkill on security guards, it wasn't an issue.

The outfield baseline seats cant inward toward the diamond, which is much more comfortable and a better viewing experience. First time I've seen that.

Very cool - sounds like they did a good job with the place.
