Smart move..... I think this whole LSU fiasco is just the tip of the iceberg...Where there is smoke there is fire...In this case probably a monster fire. It's all in the beginning phases, just like the Tennessee thing, although I have a gut feeling it won't be as bad there.

I just said the football program didn't seem to be involved.

They are both fired AFAIK.
Regardless, heads are going to roll at this point. Even if the previous admin is gone, the fact that has been a widespread, ongoing issue that only got attention by the current admin after the media got wind of it will cause current heads to roll as well.
It’s unlikely the football program itself gets in any trouble due to most of the staff there being new, but that will definitely be a focal point of this investigation. Don’t know why LSU fans are in denial about this as a football player is what tipped everything off.
Things may get uncomfortable for Ed O, but the fans are souring on him anyways.

It isn't even that bad.
O knows Guice had something to do with the kid's GF just from locker room shite and the kid "thought" Ed knew it wasn't consensual (allegedly) but never actually talked to him about it.

It’s not. It’s the only suggestion that Coach O might have known.
The connection to the football program is the multiple allegations against Guice and the fact that he played until he left for the NFL.
It’s bad enough that LSU’s internal investigation turned into a federal investigation. But w/e. Keep acting like OM fans did when they said their NcAA investigation had nothing to do with football.
