KN thinks Auburn is in good shape for transfer RB Jordon Ingram.

He’s a kid from Mobile - St. Paul’s. He picked central Michigan but had offers from WVU, Kentucky, and Arkansas.

I'm hoping In a couple of years I don't go into UGA, LSU, and Bama games feeling like we don't have a chance like I did with Gus here. Like with Tubberville I felt like we had a chance every week...until his last season.

I'd rather have a kid like that with a chip on his shoulder and something to prove as a back up RB than the guys we lost who sulked because they didn't get the reps they felt they deserved and quit when they didn't earn them. Call me crazy

He’s a big kid 6-2, 200 and he had legit SEC offers. His issue seemed to be in the classroom from reading between the lines on 247 articles.

LSU offered him early but by 2020 it wasn’t one he could commit to.

He never played. Sounds like CMU had incoming freshman greyshirt so they could start in the Spring so he was in Alabama. He arrived for Spring ball and decided to transfer somewhere closer to home

CMU only played 6 games in the fall. Sounds like their program was a shitshow

Transfer DB Bydarrius Knighten has committed. He is taking advantage of the extra eligibility granted by the NCAA so he has just 1 year to play.

He will enter the safety rotation after departures from Sherwood, Peters, and Thompson Jr. He has 45 career starts

Call me negative or whatever, but transfers from SEMO and UAB aren’t exciting. They likely aren’t even SEC caliber.

How can you be so one-sided in this view?

Have you not seen the NFL littered w/ top NFL players that come from schools like UAB, SEMO, etc...?

Just bc it's not a P5 school, doesn't mean that colleges in all conferences don't have some outstanding players that emerge for a number of reasons, and get drafted or end up on NFL rosters.

So just bc we got Tony and Knighten from smaller conferences doesn't mean they can't play in the SEC, or even the NFL...

You got to be more open minded than that, and include your anus too, by the way...

He's not a bad player. I think his biggest knock is probably a lack of top end speed. Has good size for sure. Kind of seems to be in the mold of a Le'Veon Bell type of runner.

According to your analysis, we should encourage Branden Council to leave.

Yes, but nothing new there.

Still tracking RB Ingram, DE Harris, DB Kaufman, QB Finley, and LB Brown

No set decisions on them, bust most should decide in the next several weeks

You knock him and then use an all pro NFL player to compare him too...

You do understand the difference in comparing running styles and talent levels, right?
