Anyone know what he said? I just tuned in and most of the callers are talking about how horrible of a caller he was.

funny replies, but by the callers reactions, it sounded like something racial.

From the descriptions of the call, I'd say that it was a perfect example of why NOT to watch that trash.

His show is somewhat tolerable when he is doing interviews and refrains from offering commentary. He offers no technical insight into anything. The phone calls of course are basically the lowest IQ in each fan base. The only positive thing I can say about his show is that it is mostly about college football.

A lot of people from Ohio do, at least that’s all they talk about when I’m up there. The sec obsession is real up there

The Finebaum radio show on JOX back before he went to ESPN was awesome. I miss those days. It was effectively the SEC Rant before the SEC Rant was the SEC Rant.

This is true. He is very good at getting big name guests on the show. He’s had so many random ones too like ice cube.

Are you familiar when it was on AM 960 or was it 690...either way he had a side kick named Neil Vickers who did news and weather in studio with Paul? I believe it came on after Rush Limbaugh in Bham...I've been listening to him, beginning with my father in the mid 90's and just continued on till today...of course there's long periods of time I might not tune in....still humorous to me. Growing up in Bham made it easier to tune in ...and knowing the majority of the personalities new and old makes it more tolerable than one would expect...it truly is a Circus sometime...Was actually listening the day Harvey Updyke made his Infamous call

I am. His fake feud with Tommy Charles and John Ed was legendary. Jersey Red the "famous" handicapper that he would bring on to shite on Bama was must hear radio. The Tide fans would lose their mind and hammer call the show to berate him.

I'll never forget the day I was listening to Fienbaum when Updyke called in under an assumed name and confessed to the world that he had poisoned the Toomer's Corner oaks. Finebaum thought it was bullshite until the AU horticulture guy called in and confirmed that soil samples showed that they had, indeed been poisoned and that there was enough Spike 80 DF in that soil to kill many had it gotten into the water table. I remember thinking what kind of a POS does such?

Same. I heard that segment live as well. Finebaum castrated him over his claim, and the horticulture guy called later to verify. What a surreal moment.
"Roll damn Tide," as the late Harvey said. #vomit

i remember about 5-6 years ago some aggie called in and asked finebaum a legit question then followed it up with, "and who do you think would win in a mandingo fight between charlie strong and kevin sumlin". Paul couldnt hang up fast enough

Anyone remember Mildred? They would have to pick Neil Vickers off the floor when she called in.
