AJ McCarron and Tommie Frazier say hello.
Little known fact. AJ actually has 3 championships. 2009,2011 & 2012

Also, one is a quitter and one came back for another year when he didn't have to, to work hard and improve his draft stock.

Lawrence is about to be the first QB ever to play in three consecutive National Championship games and will possibly be the first to win two...so your post is beyond moronic. Merry Christmas
AJ beat L8U and Notre Dame in national championship games and has a ring from 09 as well.

He threw a whole 22 passes this year, and didn’t throw an INT. Had two NFL level throws vs Kentucky. There will be no QB battle next year.
There won't be because Young will step right in. However, he won't have the same o line. The Bama o line this season was one of if not the best I've ever seen. Bama will lose their center and left side of the line. It won't be as easy for Young as it was for Jones.

OK time for me to straighten all of you out. The Bama OLine will drop off next year yes. Some. But, with the rules the way they are, returning starters and seniors that may opt to come back to raise their draft stock, we don't know yet how much. We know two starters return. What happens if it's three or even four?
Not to mention those recruiting classes and players that have been waiting their turn.
Now as to Kyle Trask. Outstanding football player that lost the Heisman vs LSU and Bama. There's a difference between outstanding player and a winner.
Racking up big stats and looking great is one thing, but you can't throw the ball to the other team and lay it on the ground in crunch time and be a winner.
Trask did those things vs LSU and Alabama. Mac Jones doesn't.

Splitting votes doesn’t matter if the consensus is Mac and Jones are 1 and 2 and trask at 3. 1/2 votes still outweigh 3 votes. It’s going to bama.

Young was in mop up hand the ball off territory. He was tasked with 3rd down throws with vanilla play calls. You don’t know what the frick your talking about just sit down and hush.

One had Waddell, Ruggs, juedy to spread to chase didn’t. Your boy is a pussy arse bitch who saw the writing on the wall knowing his stock was about to plummet with those garbage qbs y’all trotted out there. LSU the team of quitters. What was fournette’s excuse for being a bitch? Seems like LSU develops selfish assholes who only care about themselves.

I’d be happy with the Dolphins as well.

Christmas Eve and Wilson is still thinking about Bama! The obsession doesn’t cease even when Little Wilson should have been in bed waiting for Santa to come!
I hope being awake thinking about Bama didn’t prevent Santa from bringing your Trevor Lawrence jersey!

Will three bama players cancel their votes out?

quote:Don't disagree that Lawrence is a better NFL prospect but that is not the criteria. Mac simply had a better year. Also, his virtues are more subtle, his accuracy, which is better than Lawrence's, his long ball, his ability to read defenses and his ability to navigate the pocket make him much better than he first appears. He has the highest passer rating in history. But he is not going to win, DeVonta is.
And yet Saban would still take Trevor Lawrence over any of the other finalist and Trevor still goes no1. Stat award!
You got robbed when Watson didn't win (IMO, he is one of the greatest college QBs of all time and tough as nails.). But you are not getting robbed this year.

The Heisman is an antiquated award. Collegiate football already has the "Doak Walker Award" for top RB, and Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award for top QB......time to retire the "Heisman." I knew it was a useless award when they stole it from Herschel in 1980.
