Should be solid. Better than average recruiter. He bitched to his former administration that recruiting and the conference sucked and needed to be better. He wanted out. You got him. He’s a pretty damn good coach.

False. Urban was twice the coach that Harsin is, and that was obvious simply watching his Utah teams.
The two are in no way comparable.

This is going to be a great hire or an absolute bust...and time will obviously tell. I'm more interested in how Freeze, Napier, Kiffin, or Clarke ended up not working out since they were the odds on favorite after Steele.

Considering where the search was trending, this is a grand slam.
After reading up on him and watching him speak and coach on some YouTube videos, I think he is a no-nonsense guy that loves to coach football. Really hope he has a plan to get some recruiters on staff. His very first task after assembling a staff is rebuilding the lines. They are shite rn.

Guy is a prick and Boise State has never taken to him. I live here and have to hear their drivel daily. They are literally not that disappoint. Average reputation and average coach. He’s completely out of his league and will be eaten alive.

He has the lowest winning percentage of any head coach in the last 20 years at Boise. I am beyond pleased that is who they ended up with.
