Given many of our players are expected (or already have) to opt out, what would be the likely spread if we play Cincinnati in the peach bowl?

Anyone watched their games this year and have a take on how we compare?

I’m hoping that the ones saying Cincinnati would be favored are sarcasm.

Georgia will be favored by at least 10, maybe even 14.

My best guess at this point is -13.5

If Stokes, Daniel and Campbell all opt out as rumored, I'd think it would be UGA by 3 or so

Still think it’s more than 3. I’d guess Dawgs -8 with those opt outs

Who are the confirmed opt outs? I saw Daniels and possibly Lecount, who else is confirmed?

Boise states 5th year guys were better than our 18 and 19 year olds.

The second that Ogletree got hurt, our defense was toast playing a walk on at linebacker.

We have a ton of upperclassmen behind our opt outs.
Yes, we have a few young guys who will be asked to step up. But there is a base level of players who have been contributing all year who are capable of getting the job done.

I'd be more nervous if we got a P5 opponent.

You know Boise was ranked #5 in the nation when we played them in 2011 and ended up #8 in the nation. I've never really understood why people think of that as a bad loss.

I watched a little of their game yesterday against Tulsa. Cincinnati will not match up physically against Georgia. If, and that is a big if, Georgia and the youngsters come to play, Georgia will win by several TDs.

This is the first game of 2021, guys that are going to be here next year should treat it as such.
