Hope it's rewarding to be a fireable offense to lose to you

It wouldn't surprise me to see the Pirate pull out a win against Auburn esp. in Starkville.
But, it wouldn't surprise me either to see Bo Nix have the game of his life against you and Auburn shut you out.

Auburn has NOT mailed it in. I don't know about the coaching, but the players are still trying to win games

It's still hard to fathom how he has been so successful against the best coach of all time.

I feel it is reflective on Gus and his roster management.

That’s pretty interesting if true.

3-5 (38%) vs. Alabama
2-7 (22%) vs. Georgia

The ACC is like the SEC in the late '70s. There's Clemson and 11 also-rans. And the Hokies are in the opposite division.

id post this there if I had access to post on 247 paid boards.

Gus just can't evaluate talent like Tuberville could and they just never seem to get any better on the offensive side of the ball

Cad Morris the new HC? Or is there someone like Chadwell that Auburn couldn't resist to get him before another school get him?

We are playing better and better under Will Rogers and Auburn has mailed it in. Combine this with it being in Starkville and State wins 24-13.

2013 Kick6 one of the craziest college football endings ever.
2017 amazing what having an NFL QB, RB, and WR will do.
2019 the 2 pick 6s are the difference.
All at home. Have been blown out in Tuscaloosa most times.

Look to Pep Guardiola or Klopp in the Premier League. They managed clubs in Germany & Spain before going to England. They have said similar things regarding life after Man City & Liverpool.
What?

If MSU throws for 445 yards, runs for 32 and can't beat Ole Sis ....Good luck ...
If Auburn fires Gus after tomorrow .....Like a vampire rising from the grave ....Auburn flat out sucks for the next six years .....Barfield has risen from the grave.
Wait a year. Have the UAB Coach get his inaugural year in the new stadium ....then yank him from downtown. Gus gets far less and Auburn doesn't suffer.

What part of a recruiting class that might make it into the 30's and players being able to transfer at will = Us not suffering?
