That was my first Iron Bowl. We sat on the top row at Legion Field, next to some Auburn fans. Had a blast. I didn’t realize until many years later how important that game was and could have been.

Went up 21-zip and then Terry’s Tots came back and almost tied it up.

Stunned that ESPNU will televise a win by Alabama in a game

‘97 Iron Bowl coming on now, which was my first Iron Bowl. Incredible game.

That game still hurts to think about. Jordan Hare voodoo is real.
Freddie Kitchens to Curtis Brown TD called an incomplete pass in 1995.
Ed Scissum Fullback screen pass/fumble in 1997.

Maybe worse Iron Bowl loss ever with the exception of Kick 6

I’ve been watching a few of the old Iron Bowls on ESPNU and SEC Network and I have to say that Keith Jackson truly is the CFB announcing GOAT. Today’s CFB announcers can’t hold a candle to him.

Just spotted a young Jeremy Pruitt on the Bama sideline as a GA.
