If they don't have a person already selected then they are pissing money away.
The UofSC doesn't have anything that the rest of the top SEC schools have with regards to facilities. Selling a college in downtown Columbia that has a terrible history in College Football is an uphill battle.

Ole Will has made a lot of money as a college HC. JMO he has been promoted way past his ability. He should walk into Ray's office and offer to help with the buyout by taking 1 million per year until paid in full.....but USCe will not try and recover any money via Will's next contact. Will is 49. He should already be set for life. His wardrobe looks like he shops as Ross already so he Aight.
