Right now I'd say it was Mack Brown at UNC. He's done some good recruiting but his old arse doesn't have the energy to do the job any more.

Mullen gets discussed as if it’s a given he’s the best coach in the East.

He became a head coach in 2009 and has never won his division and has 2 wins over a team that finished with 10 wins.

I hope he never leaves Florida

During a recent charity event at Alabama, Saban was at the podium talking about his team. When from the back of the crowd someone yells Coach Pete Golding is a mother fricker! Needless to say Saban gets upset and asks who said that. No one answers and Saban continues. Again someone from the back yells out Coach Golding is a mother fricker! Saban is furious this time and tells the crowd if someone doesn't come forward the event will be canceled. No one at first answers until a man a couple rows back from the podium stands up. When he stands up he looks around the room and says "I dont know who called Golding a mother fricker. What I wanna know is who's the mother fricker that called Golding a coach?!"

Easily.

Jimbo is starting to move up the depth chart though.

I’m surprised Riley hasn’t made the list. He’s a great offensive mind but he gets complacent with second half play calling. He finally doesn’t have a transfer Heisman quality QB and currently sits 2-2. Now, I think OU will be fine going forward but Riley has a lot of pressure to live up to especially when he has his own players he recruits. Maybe it’s too early but he is lingering on the list.
