Pull up the individual state charts and look at their highest rate (the beginning of the chart). Here is where the SEC states maxed out, and where they are now:
Alabama - 2.08/0.78
Arkansas - 1.58/0.93
Florida - 3.24/0.95
Georgia - 2.88/0.98
Kentucky - 2.23/1.04
Louisiana - 3.29/0.87
Mississippi - 2.02/0.90
Missouri - 2.57/0.98
South Carolina - 2.39/0.95
Tennessee - 2.56/0.90
Texas - 2.78/1.14
Overall, Arkansas has had the strongest Rt value (with regards to relative performance) throughout the pandemic for SEC states.

Atlanta has what they call "Galloping Gonorrhea" where it is so strong, can catch it off one of the young ladies passing in a hallway. Even with with hetero contact being fairly rare anymore there.
