Because it is irrelevant. Even if 5 years have passed to allow for every eligible player to have been drafted off of the LSU roster it would still be irrelevant.
The question was not "most talented roster" ever. It was about the "best team" ever.

I can’t imagine what it’s like for the 13 other peasants in this conference. They’ll NEVER witness their school have a season like 2019 LSU.

They didn't even finish #1 in the SP+ or the FPI for this year, much less being a contender for greatest of all time.
